We are now recruiting new colleagues to a team that develops a next generation cloud-native platform for E-learning. The platform is used by thousands of teachers and learners on a daily basis.

The development team is international and consists of enthusiastic and talented developers. We are looking for senior developers on both areas, and also for a frontend lead developer.

You can be specialized in frontend or backend technologies or both.

General skills and characteristics we value:

–     A DevOps mindset
–     Passion for building secure, scalable, high-availability solutions
–     You have experience in working with real customer-facing web applications and understand how typical modern web applications work​
–     Some sense of humour
–     Previous experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe…)
–     Fluent communication and documentation skills in English

For frontend development we use: TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, RxJS, NgRx/Redux, Karma, Jasmine, SASS, Webpack, Git, AWS, GA. We hope you are also Interested in UX in general.

For backend development we use: JavaScript, Java, Vert.x, RxJava, NodeJs, MongoDB, Gremlin/SPARQL, AWS, Terraform, Docker, Git.

In both roles, you get to influence our future tech choices. We also appreciate if you understand modern architecture models such as Micro Services, Serverless Architecture and Event-driven Architecture. An added bonus is an interest in information security.
