What you will get to do:

A Senior Salesforce Developer implements solutions for customers using the Salesforce.com / Force.com platform. The solutions (s)he is working on are usually complex. (S)he is supporting consultants and architects in designing the solution and takes lead in deploying all parts of the full solution to customer’s production environments. S(he) has a broad knowledge of developments tools and best practices related to the Salesforce.com CRM and the Force.com environments. This includes connectivity to third-party applications via APIs and development of mobile solutions.

The Senior Salesforce Developer is a thought leader within the Fluido / Infosys team with advanced social and mentoring skills. In his/her function a Senior Developer coaches a group of developers assigned to him/her and supports them as a mentor in their personal and professional development. (S)he supports project staffing and resource management activities by being constantly aware of team activities and ongoing projects.

What you will be responsible for:
  • Develop solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem and enhance existing ones
  • Design, code & test according to best practices for complex components/modules using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Controllers, JQueries
  • Provide technical advisory within a customer project
  • Support in writing technical documentation
  • Assist in determining time and cost estimates
  • Resolve application development issues in a timely manner
  • Take initiative to highlight any issues in the selected solution approach
  • Prepare test cases and strategies for unit testing and integration testing
  • Perform code reviews to identify basic technical and logical errors
  • Deploy developed features to customer production environments
  • Manage code repository
  • Act as a lead developer and go-to person for more junior colleagues in a project (professional mentoring)
  • Steer and support onboarding of new team members to ensure they know development tools, project management practices & methodology
  • Own planning & project review sessions to drive best practices in a selected technology domain
What we are looking for:     
  • Problem solver personality with excellent analytical know-how, expertise in priority setting and multi-tasking
  • Minimum 5 years of software development, minimum of 3 years of Salesforce.com CRM or Force.com applications development experience gained through in several projects
  • Knowledge of one or more object-oriented programming languages (Java, C#, Ruby, Python, PHP, Javascript)
  • Understanding of relational databases and advanced SOQL
  • Solid skills in CSS, HTML, jQuery – experience in mobile development (iOS, Android) a plus
  • Thorough understanding of the Salesforce.com platform with relevant tools such as Lightning, APEX and Visualforce
  • Experience with system integration development/configuration of at least one integration platform (Informatica, Jitterbit or similar) preferred
  • Certifications
    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification
    • Salesforce Advanced Developer certification preferred
  • International working experience a plus
  • Thought leadership experience/people management experience a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Good working proficiency in any local language preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal/mentoring skills
