• Coaching, competency development and other general line manager responsibilities for Digital Marketing experts in local Digital Sales teams 
• Facilitate digital marketing best practises and knowledge sharing across local Digital Sales teams
• Actively drive improvements in processes and ways of working to increase quality and reduce time to market
• Coordinate creative development across markets to ensure efficiency, scale of operations and quality of output
• Ensure quality and speed of delivery from external agencies

• Senior Digital Marketing professional with several years’ experience within various fields of Digital Marketing
• Leadership experience with strong people skills and proven ability to lead through change
• Driven, change agent with a passion for excellence  
• Team player with a proactive, humble and yet ambitious attitude  
• Relevant experience from similar positions possibly from leading digital agency or company of similar size and complexity
• Fluent in written and spoken English
