You could be our new Team Lead for Endpoint Development Team. This team is newly created and on the rise and you will have a key role in ensuring that this group delivers successfully. We count on you to lead this new team responsible for providing core endpoint components for Windows, Linux and macOS platforms. These components are used for achieving common functionalities in all selected platforms: for example consuming the diverse range of back-end functionalities and solving certain endpoint-side challenges only once. Team’s contribution is significant for F-Secure’s product and service creation capability, and the modules will be used throughout F-Secure's product portfolio.

You will get to work on interesting technical challenges and real-life problems which you, together with the team, will solve by providing sustainable solutions utilizing cross-platform approach where applicable. In this role you own development and operations and are a line manager for the team members. Your day to day job is collaboration with our internal partners and customers across the globe. Depending on your experience and preference, this position can be tailored to include also some hands-on activities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Owning and leading the development and operations. In practice this means that you are responsible of roadmaps and resourcing as well as the operative success of the provided modules.
• Leading the team as a line manager. Team will consists of ~10 software professionals. In your role you will be enabling and guiding their professional competence development along with taking care of daily line manager duties.
