To support our growth we are looking for a Financial Controller to take over operational finance tasks. In this role you’ll be mostly working together with FP&A and external accountants and reporting directly to the CEO. The position is based in Helsinki (HQ).

Your tasks include:

• Overall responsibility of the operative finance tasks, controls and processes in the parent company and group entities with the local partners.

• Month-end & Quarter-end closing responsibility.

• Providing accurate and meaningful financial data (P&L, CFs, SaaS KPI’s) for the organisation and board of directors together with FP&A

• Development of finance team composition together with its processes and systems

We look for:

• Several years of relevant working experience in similar responsibilities, preferably from group level in an international setting.

• Experience from ERP/Financial management system architecture and implementation

• Excellent Finnish and English skills (written and spoken).

• Applicable education such as M.Sc. (Econ.) in finance or accounting

• Willingness to drive lean finance methods and automation of day to day operations
