Are you our next Developer, Quality Engineer or Lead Developer?

We work hard to bring efficient solutions and services to our customers and now we are establishing a new team - Endpoint Development Team (Windows, Linux and macOS), that will be holding the keys for boosting F-Secure's security product and service creation capabilities

The team will be responsible for designing, creating and maintaining F-Secure's core endpoint components for Windows, Linux and macOS platforms applying cross-platform approach where applicable. These components will provide common functionalities for selected platforms: for example consuming the diverse range of back-end functionalities and solving specific endpoint-side challenges just once. As part of the team, you will be providing high quality client components along with needed service layer items that will be used throughout F-Secure's product portfolio. You will be working closely with the best cyber security professionals in the world.

The team we’re establishing, is completely new and you would be able to influence team practices and the way team organizes around the work, be your role a Developer, Quality Engineer or Lead Developer. As a team member, you will drive the continuous development of common product building blocks for Windows, Linux and macOS. Platform specific responsibilities will be divided between individuals within the team, we are not expecting you to master all platforms.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Windows/Linux/macOS development/quality assurance
• Design, implementation and maintaining of easy to use client components that enable quick and secure adoption of new technologies and features for F-Secure's products and services

What we expect:

• Development or quality engineering experience and knowledge with any of the following platforms

  • Windows: C++

  • Linux: C/C++

  • macOS: Objective-C, Swift , System level frameworks

• Shell scripting and Python

• Fluent English

• Outstanding teamwork skills along with can-do and will-learn-attitude
