OpusCapita is working with various leading SaaS systems to provide world class experiences to customers. You would be working as a part of OpusCapita's Operational Development team, providing support to our business services via Business Support System tools and processes. Your main focus will be on supporting organization’s strategic targets with development of systems, platforms, infrastructure and integrations. Now you will have a great chance to be a part of innovative and international team of professionals, creating top of the market solutions for customers and internal stakeholders by designing OpusCapita's internal architecture.

Location: Tampere, Helsinki or Sundbyberg

Main accountabilities

• Ensuring that the governed systems and data fulfill the need and contribute to continuous service quality improvement
• Governance and development of assigned systems, integrations and data in accordance with business requirements.
• Harmonizing certain IT services/tools, offered for OpusCapita customers, throughout the business units and platforms.

We expect you to have:

• Strong experience in IT with formal higher education in relevant field
• A deep understanding of data structures, processes, various support systems and related technologies
• Understanding of cloud-based systems and platforms
• Proactive problem solving and self initiative mind set
• Fluent written and spoken English

We would see beneficial for you to have:

• Experience in similar position
• Experience with SaaS or/and cloud-based systems
