In this position you are part of the top-notch team that is making a true difference in Finnish healthcare. You get to build EMR system of next generation, utilizing your expertise in healthcare systems and system analysis. You will also have a chance to further develop your skills in challenging and meaningful projects.

As Product Specialist, you work towards a common goal with our customers, our international team of developers and designers, and our other Product Specialists, by

  • Identifying customer needs and creating product specifications based on those
  • Refining the specifications in co-operation with the development and UI/UX teams
  • Participating in validating the implemented functionalities
  • Participating in producing product documentation and delivering trainings

    • Qualifications

  • Several years of experience as Product Specialist / Business Analyst / Consultant or corresponding role
  • Understanding of healthcare business processes and IT systems
  • Fluent verbal and written skills in Finnish and English
  • Strong interest in how great software is made and how to make it even better
  • You’re a friendly, open team player, who thrives in a flat, international organization
