Nokia Software Digital Intelligence R&D is looking for a Software/DevOps Engineer Trainees. In this role, together with R&D team collegues you will be responsible of the design and development work related to our Data Refinery product. Based on your background and interest we can tune your role toward Development or DevOps Engineering

Your daily work will contain:

Developing UI and/or core software for our product utilising common tools and practises and/or
Developing fully automated DevOps pipelines to deploy our software to cloud
Participating in a truly global-scale telco software product portfolio that processes more than 20 % of all the world's mobile usage data

Critical know-how you’ll need to succeed in this role:

· Knowledge of Linux based systems and Linux networking

· Scripting ability (We work mostly with Python and Bash)

· Experience on Virtual/Cloud platforms

and/or

· Experience on Java core and/or modern UI technologies

· Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies

· Fluency in English
