In this role, you will develop and maintain operative reporting systems which provide data to automated actions and to inside sales teams so that they can quickly and accurately know how operations and processes are performing. You will work closely with business leadership to understand changing business requirements and to provide data to support decision making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain business reports, dashboards and models for renewals and inside sales
• Generate reports from multiple systems including Tableau and Salesforce
• Build analysis and presentations based on reports to inform business decisions
• Monitor analytical metrics and create automated alerts to trigger business response
• Make corrections to Salesforce source data based on analysis and sales requests including mass changes and individual case corrections
• Improve analysis and reporting models and increase automation level in data corrections
• Implement new data analysis methodologies
• Train end users on new reports and dashboards
• Manage the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata working together with DW experts
• Plan and execute possible migration to new DW infrastructure on renewals and inside sales part
• Support initiatives for data integrity and standardization
• Troubleshoot the reporting database environment and reports

THIS IS WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Intelligence, or related field required
• Proficient in SQL, especially multiple joins, grouping and nested queries with experience in a RDMS such as MS SQL Server
• Experience of Salesforce (data model, SOQL) advantage but not required
• Experience of ETL tools (IBM DataStage, Dell Boomi) advantage but not required
• Experience with statistical software and programming advantage but not required (R, SAS, Python, etc.)
• 1+ years’ experience of working in BI analyst role
• Experience working within a common BI platform (e.g., Tableau, MS Power BI)
• Ability to communicate with business to develop requirements for new reports
• Comfortable sharing reporting results with business users and training users to use reports
• Ability to work independently while embracing collaboration and teamwork
• Attention to detail
• Experience using MS Office with excellent knowledge of Excel
