As a part of our Business Technology Management offering, we provide IT Infrastructure and IT Operations management services that are a pivotal part of service management providing a strong platform to all other operations.

We are now looking for IT Infrastructure Service Managers and Senior Managers.

You as a Service Manager or Senior Manager help our customers in developing or running their IT Service Management. You have a wide understanding and experience in leading IT infra services. In addition to your ability to lead IT Infrastructure services you have a good understanding and experience in service management.

To succeed in our ambitious team, you should have great communication skills, positive attitude, hunger to learn and the courage to challenge our customers. You will be surrounded by a team of experienced professionals ready to support and share their knowledge at every turn of your journey.

You see IT and infra as an integral enabler of business, which is why your need for understanding business requirements is important to you. In addition, you have good overall understanding of cloud services.

We expect excellent interaction skills and fluent written and spoken communication with both business and IT and both in Finnish and English.

Your location will be the Helsinki Metropolitan area.
