My name is Staffan Hennig and I'm currently looking for a Sales Specialist to my sales team in Helsinki. We are a great team of dedicated colleagues who, together with our sales people in the Nordic Countries, help our customers to create a world-class customer experience. Our unit, Conversational Integrated Solution with over 200 employees, is the Nordic centre of competence for solutions in Customer meeting.

Your next challenge?

The customer meeting is increasingly moving from traditional customer service to digital channels and now we are looking for a Sales Specialist who will be an expert on our market-leading contact center system Telia ACE. You will work in sales projects and be responsible for growing the Telia ACE business in Finland, together with us and Sales in Finland.

Who are you?

You have long experience working with Contact Center solutions either with sales or as part of developing CC in the business operations. As a person you are interested and take responsible for being updated in market trends and the development in customer meeting. You have a strong feeling for business and a professional attitude towards your work. Its important that you have the ability to be proactive to make new contacts with customers and always be driven in searching for new business.

You have strong knowledge of best practices within customer meeting and also the understanding of selling customer unique solutions. It's important that you are good in communication, both in speech and writing, in Finnish and English and also good with Swedish.

Your experience:

• Working with Contact center Sales for a long time and/or working inside business with development around Customer meeting
• Relevant university degree
