The two year Pöyry Stars program consists of summer work, an amount of part-time work during the semesters suitable for you, dissertation or thesis work as well as possible work period abroad in one of our 50 countries of operation. At ÅF Pöyry you are not given boring routine tasks – the Stars are solving real client problems, with support from more experienced colleagues.

Each Star will get their own tutor, additionally supported by a wide group of top experts from various fields. The program includes a bunch of interesting Training Days introducing our field of operations, and helping our Stars to identify and develop their strengths. A detailed job description and program structure will be determined individually for each Star, depending on their personal situation, skills and interests.

We execute Electrical, Automation, Building technology and Information technology engineering for industrial plants as well as for commercial and office premises at various stages of projects in our department. Our clients are either local or global companies and we serve them in their projects around the world. Our team consists of experienced professionals and young talents of various technologies.

Your field of study would be Automation, Electrification, Building Technology or Telecommunication. The available locations are Vantaa, Kouvola and Tampere.
