We are currently looking for a senior product management executive to drive our growth and success forward. VP of Product will be responsible for the product vision and roadmap, roadmap execution, product management and organising and leading the team. We are looking for someone who speaks strategy and gets things done - coaches and leads the team of product management and design experts. The role is based at our Helsinki office. The person reports to the CEO and is a member of the management team.

You will be responsible for

• Leading the product vision both on long and short-term and being accountable for the product strategy execution
• Collaborating across Holvi to drive growth and profitability
• Leveraging your product management and leadership skills to develop and maintain a strong product management function
• Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators and make recommendations based on data to improve the product
• Researching and analysing emerging trends in the market and keep abreast of the competition to drive product requirements

• Over 10+ years of experience in developing and scaling products for international markets
• Strong business acumen, profit & loss experience
• Banking industry / Fintech knowledge & experience
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Growth company experience
• Strong interest in entrepreneurship and helping our customers succeed
• Strong experience in having HR responsibility, coaching and inspiring the team
• Collaborative mindset and experience in managing horizontal cross company projects
• MS degree in a relevant field or similar education
• Fluent spoken and written English, Spanish a plus
• Experience living and working in our target markets is preferred.
