In this role you would be working in the team developing the F-Secure Security Cloud that provides the cornerstone of F-Secure's award winning cyber security products. These systems process millions of events per day with advanced automation and include highly scalable backend services for our Labs research use. You will be responsible of the service quality, working as a member in a team of developers. You are also developing and using our monitoring, metrics collection, and alerting systems.

Today, our Security Cloud and end point products provide the best protection in the world to our customers, as shown by independent AV-test.org tests. What we expect you to bring to the table:

• Good communication and team work skills
• Keen interest in understanding the protection service and the value it provides
• Solid experience in quality practices and continuous deployment
• Experience in working with distributed backend systems with high availability and scalable architecture
• Interest in large scale public cloud based service operations

We value:

• Prior development experience with Python / Java / node.js
• Experience using AWS or other public cloud services and deployment automation (e.g. AWS EC2, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, IAM, S3, Kinesis, DynamoDB, RDS, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, or similar)
• Experience and knowledge of some of the following: Docker, Jenkins, devops, databases, Redis, ElasticSearch, REST
• Security minded approach
