We are now looking for a Solution Manager (Solution Architect)to provide our customers and sales teams with first class and prompt support in order to increase Elisa Videra solution sales and ensure successful entry of existing and new solutions to Elisa Videra’s current and new customers.

Role description:

As Solution Manager you will be responsible and accountable for supporting Elisa Videra’s sales teams with solution specific knowledge and approach. As a member of local/virtual account team you will participate in pre-sales, tendering and post sales (up- and cross sell) activities. You will attend customer/prospect meetings and present Videra solutions with excellent presentation skills.

You will match customer needs with Elisa Videra solutions, translate product/solution features in clear customer benefits with value based argumentation, promote new Elisa Videra solutions, contribute to key account management and marketing strategy formulation as part of short and long range planning process, and participate in global and local marketing programs as applicable.

You will be responsible for coordination and content of the technical parts of tenders and lead technical negotiations with the customer. In addition you will contribute to pricing models for the offered solution. As a solution manager you will also provide feedback to business and product lines with respect to today's and future customer needs and on competitor's solutions and systems. You will also make sure that account teams have the best and latest sales support material available in order the account teams to be able to close business to Elisa Videra in most effective manner.


Experience & skills:

In order to succeed but yet grow and learn in this role, we hope that you would have the following:

  • Knowledge in the most relevant industry technology players: Cisco, Polycom, Pexip
  • Bachelor's or Master's level degree in technical sciences (preferably ICT and/or electrical)
  • Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in solution/product marketing or product development of ICT systems
  • Customer business understanding in banking, retail, energy and/or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of video conferencing, unified communications and digital signage solutions is considered advantageous, as well as knowledge of mobile technologies and analytics
  • Fluent spoken and written English (other languages are an advantage), as well as excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Cross-cultural communication experience is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel and potentially to relocate to foreign country as per business needs. Candidate will spend approximately 50% of the time at customer site.
