We are now looking for a

HW Solution Owner, Advanced People Flow Solutions

As a part of KONE Technology and Innovation organization, Advanced People Flow Solution team develops new innovative services and solutions to our customers and end users. We also manage, maintain and further develop existing solutions to ensure solutions alignment globally with changing customer needs and KONE business targets.

As a HW Solution Owner you are responsible for managing Residential Flow hardware system and its components. Your will continuously improve HW system according product roadmaps and other plans. You will be part of continuous development team to develop solution together with Solution Owner and other key persons within development organization and also together with our partners.

In this role you also ensure product manufacturability, installability and maintainability in terms of HW components as well as smooth full-chain processes over the lifetime of components (KONE internal, commercial and partner components). You will also develop product documentation and training materials and collaborate widely with key stakeholders.

We expect you to have:

• BSc. or MSc. degree from the relevant field (Engineering, IT or similar)
• Excellent IT and embedded systems skills and ability to learn and understand connected devices
• Product and project management skills
• Connectivity, telecom and IoT understanding in general
• Understanding of the business need purification into technical requirements
• Problem solving skills
• Fluent communication and presentation skills in English

You are team player with good networking skills. Collaborating and influencing people in cross functional and global teams in natural for you.
