The Procurement team in Elisa is looking for Head of Procurement Developmentresponsible for

• Lead the procurement strategy development and policies
• Lead the change and new ways of working to drive top level procurement
• Develop an effective procurement & supply chain management to allow to be at the forefront of innovation
• Develop a professional P2P Process for the whole Elisa

What this position involves:

• Continuously improving Procurement Strategy and supplier management.
• Lead the procurement development managing both outsource & internal models
• Deliver cost saving and digitalization targets through new tools and approaches to supply chain & vendor management
• Lead on supplier & commercial assurance strategy including the management of material outsource providers
• Develop, manage & maintain supplier relationship management arrangements & strategy across all internal business units.
• Development & continuous improvement of contract management arrangements to drive further value from critical spend areas
• Interpret & communicate the priorities, motivating and developing a high performing team inside and outside procurement function
• Special expertise to focus customer centricity
• Initiate and develop critical external and internal relationships which create value, collaborating to deliver commercial and customer priorities

What is required in this position? What are we looking for?In order to succeed, we hope that you would have the following:

• Senior level experience of procurement and developing and implementing approaches to supply chain and vendor management
• Subject Matter Expert in supplier frameworks, the assurance of supplier risk, and the maintenance of supplier relationships that drive value
• Skills and experience in the contractual management of a range of suppliers.
• Evidence of professional learning and development to build and maintain skills and expertise
• Knowledge of procurement best practices.
• Experience of sourcing e-tools.
• Experienced change leader .
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Finnish and English language.
