Our Service Management and Business Automation unit helps customers in business transformation by implementing best of breed cloud-based platforms and practices and by automating and digitalizing service management processes. We offer a large portfolio of industry-leading, modern business technology platforms and tools to support our customers’ digitalization journey. Our technology portfolio consists of platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC, UiPath and Jitterbit.

 

We are looking for a Practice Lead for our ServiceNow Solution Center. Solution Center provides continuous Application Management Services (AMS) and support to customers’ Business Technology solutions developed on ServiceNow Platform.

As a Solution Center Practice and Team Lead you organize, lead and develop the daily work of the team.  You contribute to development of the team’s processes and practices. You are accountable that the team works efficiently fulfilling the customer requirements and targets on continuous service delivery. You develop the work according to Sofigate’s best practices and concepts.

In this Team Lead role you do also competence development in close co-operation with Sofigate’s HR Partner and Solution Center Business Lead to ensure balance between demand and supply.
