We are currently looking for a new team member to work in Telia Finance’s Operation team about 1 year with location in Helsinki. Could it be you?

Telia Finance is a wholly owned subsidiary of Telia Company, and an authorized credit-market company by FI - Finansinspektionen (Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority). The company operates in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Telia Finance offers
financial services to Telia Company´s corporate and consumer customers and the Telia Company's investments that are directly linked to specific customer agreements. Our role as in-house finance company is to develop and strengthen Telia Company's business
with our financial solutions.

Your key targets and responsibilities in this role are:

• Preparing finance agreements, payment of invoices and administration of standardized deals
• Producing reports and estimations of financial nature
• Being the first and second-line support and taking incoming questions by phone or email
• Making investigations and developing proposals for solutions of financing arrangements
• Supporting our partners’ and customers’ administrative units when needed
• Working together with our sales team and stakeholders in order to create a world class customer experience that will lead to increased sales of financial solutions
• Documenting processes and working routines in accordance with standard practices.

We expect you to be proactive and result-oriented. You feel comfortable working in a team and have high motivation and commitment. You have excellent negotiation and organizing skills and you are analytical and enjoy strategic thinking.

You have shown good performance in customer service work and you have basic knowledge of financial products and accounting. You are fluent both in Finnish and English and have basic knowledge in Swedish. Commercial understanding is important and you hold a Bachelor’s degree or other Commercial Graduate degree. You are familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
