We are now looking for an inspirational leader to join us as Manager, Healthcare Product Services in Oulu.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Leading and coaching specialist DevOps teams, empowering them to take the next step in their career
• Developing capabilities within the team and attracting also new talent, when there is a need
• Ensuring that we have the right people in the right places at the right time, and making sure our goals are reached
• Building relationships inside the organization to enable a strong culture of cooperation

We expect

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in customer support and/or leading customer software deployments, as well as experience in working as a people manager. You have a track record in driving agile and/or DevOps transformation in your past organisations. You are a true customer champion and always have passion for customer excellence.

You are an inspirational leader and genuinely interested in your team. You contribute to team’s success with solid business acumen and outstanding co-operation and communication skills. It’s natural of you to collaborate with managers, business, operations and technical people, and create networks both internally and externally.

You have a strong drive combined with a proactive way of working. You enjoy being part of change and also driving it. You operate easily at different levels – both strategic and operational. You are quality minded and always keen on improving things.
