​​Director New Equipment Business (NEB) Controlling

In this role you will take ownership in driving and supporting the achievements of KONE’s New Equipment  business objectives. You will pro-actively contribute to the ongoing development of the unit performance by developing and implementing finance policies, programs and systems, control KONE´s financial assets and provide complete and accurate financial information and records on a global level. You will represent finance in the NEB management team and work closely with Corporate Controlling team.

The positions will be based in Finland.

We expect you to have:

• Strong global experience in finance processes, business controlling, accounting and financial management, risk management and regulations
• Experience in using SAP ERP and corporate consolidation tools
• Experience from partnering with Business organzations
• Stakeholder management skills: capability to influence stakeholders and drive and execute decisions
• Leadership and talent management skills
• Communication and change management skills
• Fluency in English
