We are looking for a passionate and business oriented Global Head of Talent for our People Operations and Culture (PO&C) team in Helsinki. In your role, you will lead global talent acquisition and development teams (incl. recruitment, employer branding, induction, employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, learning & development). You will be a member of our PO&C Management Team, and partner with our leadership teams, HR Business Partners, IT and line managers to serve our fellows in 27 countries. You will be responsible for developing talent management related frameworks, processes and concepts that drive F-Secure’s strategy execution, employee experience and continuous learning.

You will be part of a global team of more than 60 other PO&C professionals, all passionate in working towards a more secure online world from the people operations viewpoint. To help you succeed in your role, your will get to work on world’s leading HR technology solutions, including systems like Workday, Qualtrics and Cornerstone.

Job duties:

  • Defining strategies, concepts and processes around talent management and talent acquisition
  • Leading, building and managing a broad range of talent development and acquisition programs, projects and services
  • Company induction process development
  • Further development of modern ways of leading performance
  • Development of talent analytics together with our People Analytics lead
  • Leadership and managerial training and development together with partners
  • Improvement of models and visibility around skills, competency and career paths
  • Culture and employee engagement measurement, development and communication

What are we looking for?

  • At least 8 years of experience from having worked in HRD and/or HR Talent Acquisition within technology or professional services industry
  • A successful track record in leading talent development/talent acquisition functions and/or initiatives in a truly international business environment
  • Embracing modern ways of driving organizational learning and development
  • Experience of talent acquisition in a highly competitive global talent market
  • Motivation and proven expertise to independently drive programs and to motivate and influence people in a global network organization
  • Pro-active, fun and approachable attitude towards colleagues
  • Fluent spoken and written English (Finnish skills are additionally valued)
  • Previous experience with Workday HR or Cornerstone Learning would be beneficial
