We are now looking for a Data Advisory to lead several simultaneous core data management consulting assignments in defined consultancy areas. In this role you would lead several simultaneous business process design/implementation assignments and advise customers on highly strategical core business related issues. Data Advisory plays a leading role in designing new innovative services based on future business trends and needs and deals with the most complex and demanding issues in the area of expertise. Ability to build cross-organisational contacts and networking with peers internally and externally is an important part of this role as Data Advisory acts as a resource also outside its own unit.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Relevant expereince (5+ years) with previous leadership experience leading for instance data management projects, teams, and/or solutions.
Several years of experience in the field or context of data management: overall data management understanding, and also deeper content expertise in one or several relevant data management area(s).
Consultative and “sales” approach: Able to interact and work with customer to understand their needs, adapt to their requirements and their unique situation. Solid networking/social skills to drive or strongly support sales effort ability to follow-up progress and coordinate team effort
Previous consulting experience and agile (or scaled agile) exposure are both appreciated (but not mandatory).
Bachelor / ideally Master’s degree
