You will be part of a multi-national team within the Oncology Software Solutions organization, and will work in close collaboration with other talented teams globally to deliver industry leading solutions in cancer care.
As DevOps engineer, you will engage actively with R&D teams to design, build and maintain secure, scalable and cost-effective infrastructure for product development and evaluation projects. You will be responsible for designing and implementing automated environment provisioning, deployments and installations. You will bring a high level of enthusiasm, growth mindset and good industry practices along with the technical skills required to help you succeed in this role.
Position Summary and Core Responsibilities
- Define and analyze infrastructure requirements for product development and evaluations environments.
- Define and manage an informed cloud strategy to successfully meet business needs.
- Lead the design, review and implementation of infrastructure solutions.
- Plan and implement a process for infrastructure integration across engineering sites.
- Evaluate the implementation of infrastructure solutions and recommend improvements.
- Provide, administer and maintain systems in both virtual (cloud) and physical environments.
- Document and communicate infrastructure requirements, design, architecture and related processes.

Skills
- Experience with virtualization and cloud computing (e.g. Azure, VMware, etc.)
- Experience with web technologies and building enterprise architecture roadmaps.
- Experience in designing, integrating and managing complex infrastructure solutions.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture (e.g. TOGAF, EACOE, Certified SOA Architect, etc.).
- Knowledge of client-server networking and database management.
- Ability to provide technical system solutions and provide recommendations for complex technical issues.
- Experience planning and developing support processes and adhering to best practices.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Service mindset in collaborating effectively with internal and external customers.
- Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
