We’ve grown to the point where it’s essential to have a senior product manager to join us. We’re scaling rapidly and developing new products all the time. To be successful and reach even higher, we need a senior product manager to guide us to the right path. Without you, we won’t be successful.

🏆What kind of talent you are?

You are ideally from a MarTech company or from the business side, or you may have a BI-, analytics or reporting background. You have 3-7 years of experience in a similar role. You are interested in marketing technologies and cloud analytics. You might be thinking in your current position that it would be great to have more challenges and work with great minds.  

You also love measuring success. You argument your findings with metrics. Solid analytical thinking capabilities and the ability to do detailed requirements analysis are not difficult for you. 

You are an excellent communicator with the hands-on ability to capture, create and communicate product requirements and specifications, to both technical and business stakeholders.

🙌 What characters we think will make you successful in this role? 

Background as a product owner, product manager or Scrum master will definitely help you. Hands-on data visualization capabilities or certification from tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, or similar, makes your working easier. The know-how of Marketing Advertising Technology can also be helpful. We require 3-7 years of experience in a similar role.

🤩Things that your typical workday includes:

• Create and communicate product requirements and functional specifications using a variety of artifacts - wireframes, documents, workflows, stories.

• Work with multiple teams to define needed product artifacts -> data elements, dimensions and metrics, data models, UI wireframes, report types and dashboards for new products and data connectors.

• Analyze product performance with a data-first approach, create measurements for defined points of the customer journey.   

• Create product roadmaps with achievable milestones.
• Interview end-users and collect their feedback to discover key requirements and become a domain expert.

• Act as the product owner within SCRUM sprints.
• Define user stories to clearly communicate requirements and participate in backlog grooming sessions to clarify tasks for the development team.
• Help define, communicate and deliver the strategic and tactical plan for our products.
• Assist marketing and sales, to shape the go-to-market strategy for new products, including clearly defining product features, advantages, and benefits.

• Enhance and grow an existing platform and be an integral part of leading its future direction.
