Sales executive
Dear Lucy is a growing b2b SaaS company with a rapidly growing client base in over 20 countries. We have achieved tremendous customer response with our user-friendly solution, and are now looking to strengthen our sales team in Helsinki.

The Role
With a strong interest in modern B2B SaaS sales, you will guide our customers to effectively implement data-driven business management. In your role, you will
Engage in smart conversations with C-level executives to understand their business, objectives, company structure and management practices
Conduct business-driven and engaging demos during online meetings with international clients or offline meetings in the Helsinki area
Develop agile game-plans for the customer to implement data-driven practices with optimal “time-to-benefit”
Identify, prioritize and qualify prospects and drive them through the sales process to contract
Build and maintain a robust client pipeline and demonstrate that with our CRM tools
Effectively use our messaging templates, playbooks, and CRM sequences to automate and improve results
Work seamlessly with Sales Development Representative (SDR) and marketing team
Smash weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets

What You Bring to the Table
A suitable degree
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
Genuine interested in dashboarding, business data or business management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English
Eagerness to working with new SaaS solutions, and other relevant tools
Ability to quickly learn new sales and marketing tools including HubSpot
Bonus Points for
Working experience at a SaaS or fast-paced startup environment
Experience selling a B2B SaaS
Familiarity with Pipedrive, HubSpot or Salesforce ecosystems
Professional language skills in other languages
