Our Strategic Transformation and Analytics team is now searching for a Senior Analyst to boost continued Telia sourcing and supply chain transformation by developing business intelligence, data assets, architecture and analytics solutions.

This position gives an excellent opportunity to drive data and analytics solutions from ideation to deployment into the business environment and realized impact, and grow to a role of a recognized thought-leader in sourcing and supply chain analytics.

Your next challenge?

You’ll work together with sourcing and supply chain professionals in large and critical sourcing cases to create value to Telia. The role requires a strong will and ambition to contribute to the overall result and success of Telia Company as a whole by challenging ways of working and involve in the creation of a world class sourcing and supply chain functions.

Your main tasks as a Serior Analyst is to:

• Contribute and drive Telia sourcing and supply chain data architecture and analytics strategy
• Design, develop and deploy analytical solutions for Telia sourcing and supply chain management functions to drive fact-based decision making
• Contribute to sourcing and supply chain data asset creation and maintenance, including data architecture, data integration as well as dashboard and web application development for the long-term analytics capability
• Collaborate with larger Telia data science community to identify and implement advanced analytics solutions
• Provide proactive analysis and insights to resolve complex business problems

What are we looking for?

This role is ideal for a person who feels comfortable navigating complex international organizations and having perseverance to work on longer term projects.

We expect you to have:

• University degree in computer science, applied mathematics, or similar field. A degree in Supply Chain Management or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is considered an advantage
• 5 - 10 years of experience from data asset and architecture development, master data management, analytics and business intelligence.
• Capability of identifying problems and opportunities and creating analytical solutions for complex problems.
• Strong social skills to navigate through complex international organizations and engage with external and internal people on both high and low level
• Experience in business intelligence tools (e.g. Qlik, Power BI, Tableau), data storages (SharePoint) and analytics tools (e.g. Python, SAS, R)
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, fluent Finnish and/or Swedish will be valued

Knowledge of sourcing and supply chain management is considered an advantage and telecom industry experience will be valued.
