Telia.fi reaches tens of millions of visits every year, making it one of the most popular (if not the most popular) website in Finland. Our unit’s goal is to make each of these visits count by providing simple and user-friendly end-to-end customer journeys to the visitors. Our team focuses on the online sales and online care side of things, with sales being the main focus in this role.

In this position, you will have modern online sales tool stack at your usage and the help of like-minded online sales professionals and customer experience oriented colleagues. We utilize and work with topics, such as rapid online development, content management systems, AI/ML based recommendations, personalization, real time customer feedback & analytics, user experience research, data visualization, conversion rate optimization and performance marketing to name a few.

In this role

You will be responsible for growing our online sales by taking part in strategically important long term development projects and other key initiatives. You will play a key role in our short and long term online sales objectives. You will be leading online sales development and optimization efforts of certain parts of our eShop and make sure our functionalities and online capabilities are up to par with the latest when it comes to campaigning and user-friendly purchase flows.

In this role, the tasks vary from long term strategic development projects to short term problem solving and rapid deployment of campaigns and online sales optimization efforts. A big part of the job consists of campaigning, analyzing and developing the existing online sales solutions together with IT Development and other internal teams in order to reach our long and short term customer satisfaction and sales objectives.

Is this you?

  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive “get things done” -attitude
  • Demonstrated skills and several years of experience from working in Sales Management / Online Sales
  • Understands the interrelations between different technical systems and platforms that are under the hood of the user interface
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional alignment and execution
  • Relevant experience from web-analytics, conversion rate optimization, AB -testing, performance marketing
  • Experience from using CMS platforms and asset management systems (preferably Magnolia CMS, Contentful)
  • Experience from working with IT Development (preferably eCommerce related development projects)
  • Demonstrated ability to draw actionable insights from analytics and customer feedback and prioritize it accordingly
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner in English and Finnish
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams and functions
  • Strong project management skills
  • HTML, JS, CSS or other development experience a definite plus
