Oura is currently looking for a Social Media Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager in Finland, this role will focus on actively engaging with our community and working cross-functionally to support Oura’s customer experience and social media initiatives. This role is an entry- to mid-level position.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage daily with Oura’s community across all social channels including responding to customer comments and proactively communicating with potential customers to drive brand awareness
• Collaborate with specific teams within Customer Support to assist with resolving customer inquiries and identify potential issues that require escalation
• Help develop and execute strategies to build Oura’s social following and increase community engagement across multiple social channels
• Actively listen and monitor conversations across all social channels and stay up-to-date on industry trends to align social strategy with broader marketing initiatives including identifying potential social media influencers

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Finnish and English
• B.Sc or M.Sc
  

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience in managing social media accounts and building a social media presence
• Familiarity with Zendesk and social media management, listening and analytics tools
