We are looking for an ambitious Technical Project Manager to help our teams in building the world's best digital services.

Your job consists of leading our customer projects. You are responsible for coordinating the development in terms of resourcing, managing the backlog, scheduling and maintaining the customer communication. Your tasks also include documenting the project according to best agile practices.

The role requires the ability to discuss fluently with designers, developers and clients alike. We value analytical and open mindset, as well as holistic and systematic approach to your work.

• You have a strong general understanding of the architecture, design and development of digital services.
• You have an applicable technical degree and/or working experience in the field.
• You are well versed in agile development methods and processes, both in theory and practice.
• You are able to coordinate several projects simultaneously and are good at prioritizing, even under pressure.
• You possess great documentation skills, preferably in both Finnish and English.
• You need to be able to clearly understand how software works under its hood. Thus, previous experience in software development is a big plus.
• You may choose to join either our Helsinki or Turku team, whichever suits you best. The job requires occasional travel between the two cities.
