Digital product development is developing products and services that will support our partnership business as part of lifecycle solutions offering. As our portfolio of digital products is growing we are now looking for a

Senior Cyber Security Manager, Digital products

to ensure that our products, solutions and services are designed with superior engineering practice and fulfill marine classification society requirements. The person will report to General Manager, Mobilisation and Support and work closely with the Digital Product Development team and other internal Wärtsilä Cyber Security stakeholders.

Preferred location for position holder would be Vaasa in Finland. Helsinki, Finland and Drunen, the Netherlands are also possible.

Main Responsibilities:
Your main responsibility as Senior Cyber Security Manager is to, together with development and product management teams, ensure that our products and solutions are secured over the complete lifecycle. 

In this position you will work with for example these opportunities: 
- ensure our contracted products and the way they are developed, tested and documented to be cyber secure
- ensure a secure overall architecture of our solutions delivery to customers, including ICS (Industrial Control System) integration, cloud integration and remote access.
- maintain up to date understanding of applicable marine classification society standards and applicability within the business 
- define and drive actions (people, processes and technology) to improve the cyber security culture in Asset Management Services organisation, meeting customer requirements and best industry standards 
- accelerate the transformation from cyber security guidelines and instructions into real cyber security practices 
- strengthen the cyber security skills and knowledge in the organisation, resulting in visible performance follow-up with structured plan-do-check-act 
- align and work together with other Wärtsilä cyber security teams to achieve progress and ensure the safety and efficiency for our customers 

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
You have a strong interest in technology and a proven track record from successfully leading cyber security for software solution providers. You have a good understanding of our products and their different demands and risks over the lifecycle (delivery, service, upgrades etc). You are experienced in cyber security standards (for instance IEC, ISO) and familiar with major marine classification society requirements. 

As a person you are proactive, creative and enjoy developing new things. You approach new things with a positive and curious mindset. To succeed in this this role you would also possess strong collaboration, interpersonal communication and presentation skills. You have fluent written and spoken English skills.
