KONE's Global Spares Supply ensures efficient warehousing and delivery of quality spare parts for all KONE elevators, escalators and automatic building doors. KONE also provides commercial replacement parts and components for a wide range of third-party equipment.

Global Spares Supply (GSS) plays a key role in supporting KONE’s Maintenance Business in our Winning With Customers strategy.

We are now looking for a Service Parts Planner to join the Supply Chain Planning team in the Global Spares Supply unit.

As a Service Parts Planner in the Supply Chain Planning team, you will play an active role in the deployment of a new inventory planning function that will cover the global KONE spare part network, including country inventories and global warehouses. Using your expertise in inventory management, as well as your analytical, organizational and collaborative skills, you will work across a wide stakeholder network to strengthen spare part availability for maintenance and improve customer satisfaction.

This position is located in Hyvinkää, Finland.

Main responsibilities

  • Coordinate rollouts of KONE Service Parts Management projects in northern Europe
  • Analyze, define & carry out inventory process improvements in our frontlines
  • Service Business inventory analysis, Key Performance Indicator follow-up and improvement
  • Collaborate across frontline and GSS teams and functions to improve customer experience

Skills, education and experience

  • You are a problem solver with a can-do attitude
  • You are able to communicate complex topics in a simple manner
  • You have strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
  • You have some experience in inventory planning
  • You may hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a supply chain related field
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • Experience in PTC Servigistics or other inventory planning application is an added benefit
