KONE's Global Spares Supply (GSS) ensures efficient warehousing and delivery of quality spare parts and professional maintenance technical field support for all elevators, escalators and automatic building doors in KONE service base.

We are now looking for a

Sales & Marketing Specialist

to join the External Sales team in the Global Spares Supply unit.

In this position your target is to increase spare parts sales to KONE’s external customers (maintenance companies globally). Being successful in this role requires ability to work under pressure, engage customers, understand their needs, multitasking, handle their requests efficiently and propose value sales accordingly.

Main responsibilities

  • Increase spare parts sales to maintenance companies globally
  • Handling of customer’s emails inquiries for spare parts
  • Order management activities in SAP
  • Providing customers with order quotations
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Gather market and customer information
  • Gain a clear understanding of customer's businesses and requirements
  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
  • Marketing activities to increase the visibility and sales of our online channel
  • Developing value sales topics and illustrating them online, via newsletters and email campaigns
  • Creation of marketing materials, like brochures, leaflets…
  • Organizing participation at trade exhibitions
  • Maintaining/upgrading the front page layout of the web shop
  • Executing and monitoring online campaigns

  • Customer service skills
  • Good interpersonal & communications skills
  • Customer focused mindset; ability to understand customer needs and propose solutions to meet them
  • Business acumen to ensure sustainable revenue and profitability growth
  • Ability to work effectively both in team environment and independently
  • Fluent in English language
  • Degree on a relevant field
