Are you ready to take CRM and customer communications in our consumer marketing to the next level? Are you a proactive, productive and knowledgeable CRM, customer communications and marketing automation expert?

We are now searching for a Marketing Communications Manager to work with us in Consumer Marketing Communications at our Helsinki office. You are a self-motivated marketing communications professional who is exceptional at developing and managing CRM and marketing automation activities, creating content & campaigns, and driving customer communications across the customer lifecycle. You will report to the Director, Consumer Marketing Communications and work collaboratively in the development and implementation of CRM, marketing automation and customer communications strategy for Telia Finland.

Your next challenge

As Marketing Communications Manager you’ll leverage your marketing communications skills, experience and marketing best practices to create content and customer communication programs for a broad base of CRM, marketing automation and consumer marketing needs. You ensure alignment within company processes to produce programs and customer communications content that drives Telia Finland consumer business segment toward sales growth, market share advancement and best in class customer experience. You’ll collaborate with other CRM & marketing automation team members develop and execute multi-channel CRM, marketing automation and customer communications plans and operate against these plans to reach strategic and tactical objectives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Planning, development and analysis of automated customer communication campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including lead gathering, commercial customer communication, nurturing and retention programs as well as win back communication models.
  • Creating omnichannel CRM and customer communication content for different channels that reaches consumers at the right time, in the right channel and with the right content for optimal customer experience.
  • Testing and optimization of CRM, marketing automation and customer communication activities, copy & imagery to ensure best possible results over the long and short term.

Could you be the perfect match?

You have minimum of 3+ years’ experience within marketing communications in consumer goods and/or telecom industry from client or agency side, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects and initiatives against assigned objectives and KPIs. Digital marketing skills and experience from a digital-driven business are highly desirable. You have demonstrated skills and knowledge in the development and execution of CRM and customer communications activities. Previous experience from marketing automation with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus, but not a pre-requisite.

In addition you have:

  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects at a time, under time constraints and within budget
  • Ability to create and collaborate within cross-functional team environments
  • Ability to interact effectively with  a diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work comfortably in a high output environment
  • High level of personal and professional integrity, accountability and trustworthiness
