PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP’s Globalization Product Management (GPM) group proactively manages the globalization of SAP’s
product offerings in consistency with the overall company strategy. We enable SAP’s customers to
continuously run solutions according to their local/country specific needs.
We are currently looking for a professional to join the expert team in Denmark enabling our Financials, Human Capital Management both, cloud and on-premise products to comply with local legal regulations. The job is embedded in a tight network between our customers, the market units and the development units.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a Localization Product Manager, you will drive and manage important elements such as
• Continuously roll-in of requirements from the local market to ensure product compliance
• Support our development groups during process of new functionality design (describing legal & functional requirements, verifying concept of the solution and testing). Internal- and external subject matter experts supporting you actively. 
• Handle Customer messages together with an expert team
• Be single point of contact for our internal and external stakeholders (Customers, Solution
Management, Development, Field Services etc.)
• Support roll-out of localization solutions in FIN & HCM area and other SAP products
• Constantly innovate the way we build and deploy localization

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Solid application know-how in Financials and/or Human Capital Management is a plus
• SAP S/4Hana on premise and cloud knowledge is an advantage.
• Customer focus
• Enthusiasm for taking initiative
• Excellent team player
• Experience in localization development
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Fluent in English, Finish and ideally Danish

WORK EXPERIENCE
• More than 5 years professional experience
• In-depth knowledge in project management
• Profound knowledge about SAP’s solution portfolio
• Working experience in a multi-cultural environment
