Right now, we are looking for HR Specialist to work within HR operational services. Main focus areas are Time & Absence, Compensation & Benefits or employee lifecycle and payroll as well as overall support in employment topics. We welcome you to join our team, either in Helsinki or in Rovaniemi.
 

Is this your next opportunity?

As a HR Specialist in our global People Hub, you will be responsible for executing the HR services using Workday as the common system platform. You will also provide expert advice and counsel to the Business (managers and employees) and HR colleagues, and other stakeholders regarding your area of services. You will also give your fresh view to the process development activities and verify the changes. In addition, you are responsible for the knowledge sharing, instructions and local information content regarding your area of services.

In this role, you will focus more detailed on Time & Absence or Compensation & Benefits topics. You will also be part of the global community of HR Specialists and all your actions are guided by drive for common ways of working without forgetting the local requirements from legislation and collective agreements.

Is this you?

To be successful in this role you need to be able to work in a structured manner, cope with deadlines and have a close collaboration with all your colleagues in the People area. You have deeper knowledge of the mentioned areas and can turn legal text into clear guidance for our employees. You have been working with Workday and are able to execute and improve processes there.

Your personal competencies:

• You dare to learn and take responsibility to execute assigned tasks. You are eager to reach the agreed targets and changes or intermittent high workload will not make you panic.

Your Experience:

• 2-3 years of work experience on HR area with knowledge and understanding on people processes, especially in the mentioned areas of T&A, C&B or employee lifecycle and payroll

• strong communication skills

• fluent written and spoken Finnish and English

• good IT skills, experience on Workday is beneficial

• experience on service management

• ability to collaborate in virtual setup

• knowledge of Finnish labor law and interpretation of that is an advantage
