Danfoss Drives is looking for an Application Software Engineer Trainee to join our Embedded Software team over the summer in Vaasa. As our Application Software Engineering trainee, your main tasks might include:
- PLC/IEC61131-3 programming using Programmering engineering tool
- Designing Simulink / Matlab models
Background and skills
To succeed in this position, you should have completed at least 3 years of M.Sc. or B.Sc. studies in Automation or Electrical Engineering. Additionally, having some knowledge of PLC programming / similar environment is preferred. Passion for Embedded Software is an asset and makes it easier to join our team. You are a team player who can take initiative and you are eager to develop your skills. Furthermore, we expect you to have a good command of English and at least a basic command of Finnish.
