Technical Manager  

to join our Digital Commerce team in Helsinki?

As a Technical Manager you will work in close cooperation with product and business owners, architects and development teams and solution suppliers to ensure high quality service delivery towards customers. You will work with development teams and your responsibility is turning business requirements into technical proposals, solutions and execution plans. Technical Manager manages technical stream of development tasks and projects and works closely with our AMS team to ensure high quality in technical operations. You’ll be in a key role in designing new technical solutions together with the team and acting as a one point of technical contact for defined systems internally as well as externally towards IT solution suppliers.  

In this role you will actively follow the latest technology development in the market and provide technical guidance and insight to our development teams. You enjoy working in complex surroundings and you have the ability to solve problems in a constructive manner and with strong can-do attitude. As a member of Digital Commerce team you will be developing our working methods and processes further together with other experts in the team.  

Would this be you? 

• Experience in modern web, backend technologies and public cloud technologies 
• Experience in application management, running services and troubleshooting technical issues as well as working with service suppliers 
• Strong technical project management competence and proven track record as a team member working with lean & agile methodologies 
• Excellent relationship / stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills  
• Fluency in Finnish and English 
• Experience in payments and authentication methods will be an advantage 
• Experience in working with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) will be an advantage
