Job Description

We are looking for a Summer Trainee to join our Global Data Management team in Tampere, Finland from beginning of June 2020 until the end of August 2020 (period negotiable).

As Summer Trainee, Data Management, your primary responsibility is to extend supply chain -level master data to SAP, ensuring we offer our customers the right selection of spare and wear parts for the installed base.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Maintaining SAP master data to our units. This includes material master, Purchase Info Records, Source Lists and Pricing information
• Maintaining task status in the workflow and keeping the key stakeholders actively informed about the current situation
• Support with project work and proactive data maintenance
• Other Data Management duties; e.g. carrying out assigned data quality control procedures

To Succeed

To succeed in this position, experience with master data maintenance is beneficial. You have an analytical and systematic way of working. Strong familiarity with Excel, Word and Power Point is required - SAP, Salesforce and Sharepoint are considered a plus.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and you have the ability to work under stress and meet deadlines. Your working style is proactive, and you are a genuine team player with a can do attitude. Working as part of global team requires strong communication skills in English.
