ICEYE is building and operating its own commercial constellation of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellites with SAR data already available to customers. These satellites can take images of Earth at any time – even when it’s cloudy or dark. Information derived from these images will help our customers understand the world better and help them make more intelligent decisions. We launched the world’s first SAR microsatellite in January 2018 and have raised $65M in financing to date.We are a Finnish based international New Space company with employees from more than 30 countries.

To support the growth of the company, we are now looking for an HR Administrator to support our People & Culture team based in our headquarters in Espoo, Finland. In this role you will report to HR Manager.

As an HR Administrator, you will work closely with the People & Culture team and your main responsibilities include:

  • Forming and maintaining employee record and updating databases internally
  • Coordinating onboarding and relocation processes
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records
  • Being contact point for payroll issues
  • Preparing HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Participating in HR projects
Your attributes that we need:
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Knowledge of Finnish labor laws and practicalities
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong communication skills
  • B.Sc. in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Fluency in Finnish and English
