Job Description
We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Logistics to work at the Order Office of Metso Tampere factory. We in the Order Office are responsible for our factory’s outbound logistics as well as our invoicing. We work in close co-operation with many different Metso organizations such as our production, purchasing and sales support as well as customers, suppliers and logistics service providers.
As a Summer Trainee in logistics your responsibilities can include preparing exporting related documents, requesting and comparing transportation quotes, making transportation arrangements for our machine deliveries, invoicing in SAP and handling the transportation invoices.
To Succeed
You have studied logistics or international business and have preferably already some working experience in logistics. Knowledge of SAP is considered a big advantage. Your skills in English and Finnish are excellent. Your workstyle is independent, adaptable and flexible. You enjoy coordinating many different issues simultaneously and working with tight schedules. You are a team player with great communication skills. Most importantly you are interested in learning new things.
