In this demanding role, you are people manager for the local engineering team responsible of this product and Product Owner for the product itself. We are also flexible on adapting the role further based on candidate experience and career aspirations.

You are great at:

- Motivating, coaching and managing a team of experienced engineers.
- Collaborating with other functions and teams in a global company.
- Owning the detailed user stories in Jira including systematic backlog grooming to make sure each sprint can be planned with clear priorities and well defined requirements.
- Working with Product Manager and fellow Product owners on shared projects.
- Understanding the Product Context.
- Owning the relationship to Project Management, UX, Product Management, Professional Services and Customer Support organisations.

What it takes:

- Strong development background and good knowledge on some combination of Java, .net and some JavaScript based web app frameworks.
- Familiarity of good subset of the technologies being used in the LENS product; net core, Vert.x, ElasticSearch, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes using the modern DevOps practices orchestrated with Jenkins.
- Engineering experience from in-house built SaaS services and associated SDLC process.
- Readiness and flexibility to collaborate with the colleagues in USA and India daily basis.
