KONE's Global Spares Supply (GSS) ensures efficient warehousing and delivery of quality spare parts for all KONE elevators, escalators and automatic building doors. KONE GSS also provides commercial replacement parts and components for a wide range of third-party equipment. The Indirect Category team supports KONE globally with non-product related materials, like Installation & Maintenance Tools, Chemicals, Personal Protection Equipment & Clothes.

We are now looking for a 

Project Manager

to join our Indirect Category team, located in Hyvinkää, Finland, to develop and maintain project framework, manage and assign projects, and provide technical support for project members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project framework development and maintenance for indirect materials category
  • Manage that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Perform advanced project activities
  • Maintain and improve the assigned offering within the indirect category
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to KONE colleagues globally

To Be Successful in This Role You Should Have:

  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in engineering
  • 3-5 years of work experience, preferably from technical projects
  • Training skills
  • Courage, open-mindedness and a willingness to take responsibility in tasks
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Willingness to travel
