Process Development Specialist
We are now looking for a Process Development Specialist to join the Availability Management team in the Global Spares Supply unit.
Global Spares Supply (GSS) plays a key role in supporting KONE’s Maintenance Business in our Winning With Customers strategy. As a Process Development Specialist in the Availability Management team, you will play an active role in improving our procurement processes that cover the global KONE warehousing network. Using your expertise in inventory management and procurement, as well as your analytical, organizational and collaborative skills, you will work across a wide stakeholder network to strengthen spare part availability for maintenance and improve related procurement processes.
This position is located in Hyvinkää, Finland.
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate improvement projects in the global inventory planning and procurement network
- Analyze, define & carry out process improvements inside the Global Spares Supply unit
- Collaborate across GSS teams and functions to improve supply chain efficiency
- Support the availability management team in operative task execution
- Key Performance Indicator follow-up and improvement
Skills, education and experience
- You are a problem solver with a can-do attitude
- You are able to communicate complex topics in a simple manner
- You have strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
- You have experience in inventory planning and procurement processes
- You may hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a supply chain related field
- You are fluent in English
- Experience with supplier integration
- Experience in inventory planning and procurement applications, e.g. SAP MM, PTC Servigistics is an added benefit
