We are looking for Research Technicians to work in Experimental Laboratory in our Research Center in Pori. These are 6 months´ temporary positions due to precursor development project in our metallurgical and analytical laboratories. In this position you would work mainly in three shifts. Previous experience as a laboratory technician or process technician will be taken into account as a strength.

As Laboratory Technicans (several temporary positions), you will:
  • Make wet chemical analysis related to precursor R&D project
  • Make laboratory tests and trial runs related to hydrometallurgy
  • Participate in the development of work methods and practices
To succeed, you will need:
  • Degree in laboratory or process technician
  • Positive and flexible attitude and active and analytical attitude for work
  • Knowledge of normal IT applications
  • Ability to communicate both in Finnish and English
  • Ability and willingness to work in a group
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to act according to Outotec values and principles
