Our Cloud & Infra Sales Bid Management supports large and complex opportunities, across all industries. The Cloud & Infra Bid Management team is part of our Bid Management community which is a Centre of Excellence for all Bid Management related activity. We are more than 20 Bid Managers in the community and we support each other in developing the Bid Management role, our skills as well as our best practices.

We are now looking for a Senior Bid Manager to join us in Finland.

The overall aim in any bid is to win the deal and sign the contract. As a Senior Bid Manager, you are the project manager of the bid, in charge of the internal bid process from the start-up of the bid to the signing of a winning contract and the hand-over to delivery. You are responsible for planning the work and driving the team forward to ensure that a proposal is delivered, and that the proposal exceeds customer expectations and provides the foundation for a winning bid.

You are also responsible for ensuring that bids are properly approved/signed off in accordance with our corporate decision-making requirements. Bid Manager is part of the bid’s core team, working closely with the Opportunity owner and the Solution Lead to drive the bid forward.

You will also support, develop and maintain companywide Bid related tools and processes, and share Bid Management best practices.

What we expect

To succeed in this role, you are expected to have several years of experience from similar role. You know the bid process inside out and preferably also have experience from IT industry. You are proficient in Microsoft office and have top notch writing skills. Fluency in English and Finnish is required.

You are comfortable with occasional travel, mainly in the Nordics.
