For IT Services in Finland based in Vantaa, for a fulltime job we are looking for an

IT Service Delivery Manager

with strong outsourcing experience

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall management of IT Services for AFRY’s 2000+ users in Finland as well as for foreign branches and project sites. This includes all aspects of IT Service management from budgeting and cost control to supplier management and escalation management, ensuring top class service experience and customer happiness.
• Coordination of IT Service Delivery with global teams, local teams and outsourcing partners.
• Management of internal and external IT Teams, including supervisory personnel responsibility.
• Implementation of global IT and Security Policies locally.
• Planning, execution and implementation of local IT projects as well as close co-operation and participation in global projects.
• Active business relationship and local IT demand management.

Your profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Multiple years of hands on experience in the field of IT Service Management and experience in operating and managing outsourced IT Services, preferably in a multi-vendor, global environment.
• Good overall IT know-how to be able to manage the complex environment.
• ITIL knowledge, preferably certified, including experience on common-sense implementations and hands-on experience on exercising IT best practices.
• Highly developed social competencies, independent way of working, responsible and proactive personality. Preferably experience of working as a people leader, with coaching attitude.
• Business oriented and service minded (customer first).
• Interest to work in a high diversity, truly international environment.
• Cultural understanding.
• Fluent in Finnish and in English.
• Readiness for infrequent travel, mainly in EU area.
