We are looking for a Senior Product Specialist to lead and take care of our UltraFilter Equipment Service Business.  

In this position, your main responsibilities would focus on Sales and Sales Support, Service Delivery and  Development of our UltraFilter Equipment Service Business. The area of responsibilities would include supporting Service Job and Agreement Sales, providing and coordinating delivery of materials, parts and personnel to the service sites and handle all sort of arrangements for service jobs – possibly also participating to service delivery/service jobs yourself. Making quotations and arranging process studies and processes piloting would also be part of your responsibility area.

Equipment product and sourcing development as well as investment projects management would be on your desk too. Within Equipment Services, you would support our Paper, Pulp, Power and Marine businesses.

Expectations

Have you experience in Logistics, Field Services, Installation Planning or Product Management? Are you motivated to work at the customer interface within sales support and service?

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have following qualifications:

• M.Sc or B.Sc degree in engineering or a related field
• Proven track record (2+ years) working in Field Services, Product Management, Installation Planning and Coordination, Engineering or corresponding, preferably in an international business setup
• Industry knowledge and experience, preferably from pulp, paper, power or process industry
• Customer focus and business mindedness, experience in Sales Support activities considered as an asset
• Flexibility to switch between planned work and ad-hoc actions/immediate and long-term goals, and work under time pressure
• Great communication and interpersonal skills to successfully work with our customers and our partner network
• Fluency in English and Finnish, German language skills considered as an advantage
• You would work closely with several internal and external stakeholders at the customer frontline, successful execution of this job will require presence at customer sites Readiness to travel in Finland and abroad.

In addition, we expect you to be self-driven and able to work also independently with the strong support available from our experienced team. Your high motivation and results oriented way of working will deliver excellent results.
