We are now looking for a Workshop Coordinator On-Call. In this position you will support coordination and plan single and / or standard Field Service workshop work orders according to contract and customer requirements as well as quality, health, safety and environmental and cost targets. You will ensure customer satisfaction in all activities. 

You should be a student, the contract is part time, maximum 25hours/week.
The location for this position is in Vaasa, Runsor. 

Responsibilities:
In this position, your main responsibilities will be ensuring support in
- Coordinating Field Service workshop work orders (from creation until invoicing)
- Acting as contact person for customer / network company during the work
- Communicating with relevant internal stakeholders
- Monthly follow-up of department key performance indicators

Requirements:
Ongoing Commercial or technological education
- Communication skills and customer understanding
- Cost awareness and effectiveness
- Teamwork skills
- Ability to work in English and Finnish. Swedish also strongly present in every day work.
